Dr Doyin Salami


Dr Doyin Salami is a doctoral degree graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London, and a member of the faculty at Lagos Business School (LBS), where he is Senior Fellow.

He is a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria and the IMF’s Advisory Committee on Sub-Saharan Africa.

He was on the Federal Government’s Economic Management Team during President Yar ‘Adua’s Administration. He also served as the Vice-Chairman of General Muhammadu Buhari's Transition Committee.
 

Mrs 'Wonuola Adetayo


‘Wonuola is a seasoned business Executive and highly sought after speaker with a leadership career spanning over two decades. 

Her unique real world experience and practical methodology makes her a first choice brand to her clients.

As a professional who successfully rose to the top in a globally recognized multi-national company, Wonu has worldwide experience including over 3-year term as Group Marketing Manager in Lever Brothers West Indies, Trinidad & Tobago. She has attended courses at reputable institutions internationally, including Harvard University, Boston, USA.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of several organisations such as Nigerian Economic Summit Group and Honeywell Group.

Mr Joe Dada


Mr. Joseph Ibrahim Dada, also known as Joe, was the Executive Director of Corporate Services at UAC of Nigeria Plc.

He worked variously as Factory Planning Manager, Brand/Export Manager and Market Research/Media Manager with the then A J Seward Division of UACN. He later worked with UAC Export as Export Business Manager and subsequently with UAC Foods as Product Group Manager and Fast Foods/Marketing Services Manager.

In December 1999, Mr. Dada was appointed the Managing Director of Grand Cereals Limited, a subsidiary of UACN, with responsibility for Human Resources, Marketing and Strategy.

Mr. Dada holds Bsc (Hons) in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University and Master of Science in marketing management from University of Lagos.

He is a member of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). He is an alumnus of the famous Kellog School of Management, North Western University, Illinois, USA.

Engr. Toks Adetayo


Tokunbo Anthony Adetayo started his career in 1982 with GKW, a consultancy firm based in Germany, and later moved to Unilever West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago.

He worked in Shell Petroleum Development Company for 8 years in HR Department as well as Services. He also served in the Telecoms Industry with Celtel and later Zain Nigeria.

In more than 20 years, international assignments have taken him to the West Indies, South Africa, countries in West Africa, Kingdom of Bahrain, Germany, Austria and America. He has attended Professional courses locally and internationally.

Engr. Toks is a certified facilitator in the Navigator Men’s Development Program, a role he has played for the past 5 years.

He is also convener of the Bill Hybels International  Global Leadership Summit, Chief Convener of Yearning Earnestly for Success (YES), Chairman of Soft Skills Management Consultants Limited and Strategic Partner at Kainos Edge Consulting Limited.

Mr Femi Luther Abegunde


Femi is a certified management consultant with over a decade of consulting experience under his belt.

In the many years of his pursuit of excellence as a Senior Consultant, Femi has artfully garnered professional experience in Consulting, Program Design and Implementation, Team Development and Facilitation, Project Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Execution, establishing priorities and delegating tasks.

Asides his rich professional abilities, Femi has worked with SoftSkills Management Consultants as the Head, Learning Design and Implementation department. He also served as an Analyst with Human Performance Solutions.

The Computer Science graduate who also cut his scholastic teeth with an Executive Masters in Project Management and Professional Masters in International Law and Diplomacy, has consulted for several organisations including Nigerian Breweries, Coca-Cola, Suntory Nigeria, Unified Payments, CSCS and Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Giving back to the society that sprouted him, Femi has authored several books to effectively channel the wealth of knowledge he has accrued over the years. Amongst his textual achievements are The Laws of Works and Tools for the Journey.

Femi Luther’s professional alliances include being a Certified Leading Change Management Facilitator – John Kotter 8-Step Change Management Principle. He is a member of Society of Human Resource Management USA, Nigerian Institute of Management and Nigeria Institute of Training and Development.

An alumnus of Bulletproof Manager, Femi works with Kainos Edge Consulting as the Head, Capacity Practice. 

Mr Jibiya Jibrin Baros


Jibiya is a graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Yola. He also holds a Masters in Divinity from the prestigious West African Theological Seminary.

As a member of Kainos Edge Faculty, he contributes his expertise in the area of Capacity Building for several training programs. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

As an inspirational speaker and dynamic facilitator with over 15years of cognate experience in training, he is a facilitator of the Global Leadership Summit in Nigeria.

Jibiya organises and facilitates leadership and team building training for the Director of Chaplain Services (Protestant), Nigerian Army. He also facilitates for the Barracks Youth Empowerment Summit across the Military Cantonments in the Federation and many other organisations across both the FMCG and Finance sectors.

He is a seasoned facilitator on Emotional Intelligence, Personal Effectiveness and Team Building programs who has been widely commended for his people skills.

Jibiya is Head Consultant in charge of Learning and Development for Kainos Edge Consulting Limited.
